SHIPPING

• Orders will ship within 2 business days after placing order.
• Expedited shipments (2 Day and Overnight) must be placed by 3pm MST in order to be shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after 3pm MST will ship the following business day.
• Shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email for all orders.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that we do not ship on Federal Holidays.
• VSA Designs is not responsible for packages that are "delivered" by the shipping carrier. If you have not received your package once it shows "delivered" by the shipping carrier, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
• If you would like to insure your package for delivery, please choose that option at the shipping checkout phase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD$).
• International addresses must be submitted in English characters.
• All international orders are processed by our International Shipping partner, BorderGuru (BG). BG will collect the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties upon payment of the order. These charges are not associated with VSA Designs.
• International shipments are first sent to BG's California hub, at which point you will receive an 'order delivered' email or text. The order will then be assigned an international carrier tracking number which is reflected on your order profile once assigned by BG.
  
• International orders can take 12-18 days for delivery to final destination.
• Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery.
• Please note BG does not ship to the following countries due to either the shipping price being excessively high to the region, political issues or the infrastructure does not make a delivery possible:
