RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We hope you love your VSA pieces. Please note ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT OR WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES. If you want to return any items purchased at full price, please note the following Returns process:

  • VSA purchases can be returned or exchanged up to 7 days after the date of shipment receipt.
  • Only items with the original butterfly tag intact may be returned.
  • Shipping fees for exchanged or returned items will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of the issue date of a Return Authorization, in original packaging (pouch or box), with the original VSA hangtag attached, and butterfly tag intact. Any product with a damaged or torn butterfly tag will not be accepted.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, VSA will process a refund back to the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

PROCESS

  • To return an item that was purchased through our website, please use the order number and complete the form below for a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be processed.
  • VSA Designs is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
  • Once a return authorization number is issued, merchandise should be shipped to:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 3 business days of the Return Authorization date.  
  • Please allow 2 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for the refund to be processed.
  • Once the refund is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the original order (unless otherwise specified).
  • Refunds are issued for the product cost only in the original form of payment with any return shipping fees deducted (if provided return label was used).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.
